amp needs

Hey I hope this isn't major but I peeked around the forum and didn't find anything so please don't flame.

I bought my car and it had been perviously stolen, so in the audio all I had was tape/cd decks and 1 amp (black JBL) and transformer in the rear Since I have gotten my hands on a foctory sub, and the silver amp. I have it in, but I must not have all of the cabling for it because I can't figure out what goes in/out of the silver amp. I have the harness coming from the radio into the black amp, and the harness hanging out in back (speakers?) to the black amp (didn't seem to fit anywhere else) as well as the black amp going into the sub (didn't seem to fit anywhere elseeither) The only thing going into the silver amp it the tranformer harness.
So 1. what goes into/out of the silver amp?
2. does anyone have the rear wiring set-up or at least the stuff for the silver amp that they are willing to part with (if so pm me please.)

I have already invested time and money to get this set up to work with my jenson mp3 deck (have the low-level rca harness) and I need the trunk space so I don't want to go to a box.

disregard all above, got it working, it has a little feedback but I think it is the harness in the dash, so solder that. Now all I need is the cd delete bezel
