Amp is dead. Can I wire up just one speaker?

Will the stock radio be enough to let me listen to just one speaker? My factory amps are toast and im in the process of buying a radio but in the meantime can I wire up just one speaker so I can at least have some tunes? I can barley make out some tunes if I turn the volume all the way so instead of it trying to power all 4 speakers maybe I should wire them all up to the one on the front drivers side?

I understand what you mean now. Just buy the wiring harness adapter, make sure that you buy the PREMIUM Ford kit with the amp bypass. Then just plug the bypass part into the harness in the trunk. You should have enough juice to run the speakers.
