Is SHONUT the cheapest place to purchase these bushings. I can do the labor myself, but I need a reputable place (not SHOShop) to get me the right ones for a reasonable fee.

ShoNut.. they have aluminum, they come with a recall kit (new bolts) and runs $150. I got mine 1 week after ordering.
