Does anyone make an aftermarket intercooler for the EcoBoost? Or a secondary unit to further cool down the intake charge when it comes out of the stock unit?

having seen the size of the stock IC, i see no reason to mess with it unless you really turn up the boost. i think you'd see bigger gains with hard turbo pipes. the intercooler on those things is frackin huge.

paul, did you get a look at the intercooler at the launch on the cut up cars? looks like they sourced it from a Super Duty. it's easily 2" thick and covers the radiator.

a 2" thick IC is anything but huge. The one I looked at in Chicago looked to be only 1.5" thick at most. Perhaps it was preproduction.
