I installed a dual aeroforce interceptor this weekend. Seems to power up and down just fine. It's missing some parameters I was hoping it would display:

  • Knock Retard - it don't even see it on the list to choose
  • Current gear - it's in the list twice, neither display any readings
  • O2 reading - both banks are listed. Neither displays anything (was hoping for A/F ratio)
There also seems to be other parameters that don't display, but those above are why I bought the gauges.

$400 seems like lot for a boost gauge. :(

The website and instructions are clear about what it shows. KR is definitely an option. Are you sure you set it up for the ecoboost?

Looks like the application guide has a bunch of errors (hopefully). The Taurus and Taurus SHO have different part numbers, but only one number for the MKS (CNFx01). Since I have the MKS Ecoboost, I suspect I need the SHO gauges (CNFx0111+).

Hopefully getting them exchanged won't be a problem.

I wasn't aware there were different gauges depending on the model. When I got mine, it would work with various makes/models but you have to set it up for the car that you have. MKS or SHO was platform 4. Maybe things have changed now. I had one on my MKS and now on my Continental.

Maybe that's it. I'm using Platform 1. Their parameter_features.pdf paper only shows three platforms, but the gauge did have a forth. I'll give it a try (after we climb out of this polar vortex!) Thanks!

Oh yeah, you must use platform 4. Yes, it is colder than a well digger's ass. Minus 29 here in Minnesota and wind chills that will freeze the moisture in your eyeballs.

The secret platform 4 seems to be working. Thanks!
Aeroforce seems to have a forum, but I can't access it from my PC or smart phone. Do you know if it's working? Is there a place for general support?

I have been on their forum in the past but I can't get on now either. I bought mine through this company:

https://www.ecopowerparts.com/

Maybe they can provide more info.
