If you can't hold an idle then your IAB is bad and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Intake air bypass valve. It is on the opposite side of the throttle body. It looks like a cylinder. If you unplug it while the car is running and the car doesn't stall the sensor is bad.

sounds like you have several issues -
the mafs needs to be cleaned/replaced
the iac (iab) may be sticking and should be cleaned
intake vacuum leak needs to be fixed

after you do those, reset the codes and drive it for a day or two and let us know how it works.

Wow, I just signed up for this forum with the EXACT same problem. I am new to SHO's but otherwise a fairly experiences mechanic. I got an awesome deal on a 94 ATX with around 140K miles, and when it's having a good day it runs like a scalded dog. On a bad day, it skips and sputters until I floor the gas. My limited EFI experience had led me to believe that it had something to do with closed loop vs open loop operation, but I wasn't sure where to go from there. I will pick up some spray cleaner and start by spraying down the MAF sensor to see where that gets me.

Do you not have an oil cap on your front cover? (that's what it looks like in the first vid)

Have you pulled your upper timing cover to check for the cancer dust?

LOL yes yes, the oil cap broke off after I tightened it a lil too much (oops) and ya the battery hold down wouldnt go back on after I put in the new alternator. THe car has 312k on it and has rust everywhere, and I got the car for free but I love it I just cant let drive like shit without at least trying to fix it. And ya I'm sorry I totally forgot to mention that my car a is a 94 ATX.
