So this summer, my AC was blowing ice cold. Then all of the sudden, one day it just started blowing hot. Any ideas?

Could be your Blend Door (that mixes the hot air & cold air together to give you the temperature you dialed in) has malfunctioned.
If you AC equipment in the engine bay still gets chilled and shows condensation, this is your best bet.
If you components don't get cold anymore, you next task is to see if the Compressor engages when you go to Max AC on your dial.
If your compressor doesn't engage, it could be the magnetic clutch on the compressor, the compressor itself, or the system developed a leak which lowered you refrigerant pressure to a point where it will not signal the compressor to engage.

compressor engages, stays engaged in max AC mode, but none of the compenents seem to be cold.

Your idle speed lowers when the AC first engages?
Any noises from under the dash lately?
What year of SHO is it?
