How do you get them out. The passenger side most importantly. Also I didnt know if this question should be here or the interior.sry

If you mean the louvered vent openings, they should just pop out. There are little tabs that sort of snap into holes. Think LEGO's.

Are these vents still available from the dealer?

I bought one about two years ago for $15. You can find them in the junkyard, but if they are old from the sun they will break easily. In this case I'd try the dealer first.

IIRC there's a set on ebay right now (not mine so i have no idea about thier age/quality)
