AC Squeeling like a pig?

Whenever I get up to about 3-4,000 rpm, the AC makes a loud squeel like a belt slipping. Then it will give a short squeel about every 3-4 secs. Also when idling with the AC on, it seems like the compressor is cycling on/off every few seconds.

Bad AC clutch or low freon? Doesn't squeel at idle or low rpms

Sounds like you need a new belt or maybe set the tension, also sounds like you may be low on a charge if it keeps cycling on and off.

when my a/c belt was loose it sounded like birds under the hood, LOL.

yea its prob just the belts. just replace em both while your in there. should only take like an hour.
