ABS sensor questions

hey everybody,
I was taking off a steering knuckle on my '93 when I broke the abs sensor.
I guess i'm blind because I can't see a way to detach the wire from it.. Do I just have to splice in the new one, or what?

On my 93 the front connectors are on the inside on the inner fender in the engine compartment. The wire passes through a rubber grommet in the wheelwell into the engine compartment.
