A few swap q's

I have a few questions on something im planning. What i'm planning is swapping in a 3.2 auto engine bolted to the 5-speed tranny

1. When I put the engine in, will I be able to use the same wiring harness and computer that is already in my car?

2. Will it be easier to just drop the subframe as an assembely and re-install it the same way?

3. I was also thinking of running a supercharger on this. Would I need to buy one for the 5-speed or for the auto?

4. Will i have to change the downpipe after I swap

1. use your 3.0 wiring harness.
2. if you feel comfortable pulling from the top, people have done it that way too. we dropped the entire subframe for mine.
3. use the search function. covered MULTIPLE times.
4. got me there... downpipe? y-pipe? exhaust manifolds? (might just be my ignorance, but i've only ever heard of a downpipe in relation to a turbo set-up )
