I don't think you can add anything in the rear doors and still be able to roll down the windows. Pull the door liner off and see for yourself.

you should be able to but then you'd have to remake the trim panel with a speaker opening or else all the sound all be lost in the door, plus you have to run wire into the door. it would be much easier to upgrade the rear speakers

Components anywhere in the rear makes little sense. Especially in the rear doors. Components are best for imaging. You only need it in front. Rears are for ambience. Don't bother with the hassle. Worry about your fronts.
