Less than stock I'd guess. The V8 pistons have very little clearance to the head, the only way to raise compression would be a domed piston and the ones he has are dished.

More importantly, they appear to be 79.5mm? Which is far smaller than the stock bore of 82.4mm. The stroke is 79.5mm however...

These extras may just be paper weights if that is the case.
