For sale is my 1997 Ford Taurus SHO. 3.4 L V8, auto, grey leather interior, sunroof. This car is being listed as a parts car, as it is not economically possible to turn this into a reliable, road worthy vehicle. This is because it has beeb a Michigan car (rust belt) for 266,337 miles. I would really like to sell this car as a whole, but if I receive enough offers, I will part it out.
The Good:
-runs and drives, no bad noises
-professionally welded camshafts
-working transmission
-good four-wheel disc brakes (rotors warped)
-good glass (sides and rear tinted))
-rims in good condition (some peeling)
-new radiator
-good cat-back exhaust, 3rd cat eliminator
-all good a/c components
-new alternator, starter and battery
-new autolite spark plugs
-four good doors
-Wheel Skins leather-wrapped steering wheel
The Bad:
-uni-body is rotted beyond any hope of repair
-while motor runs without any bad noises, it does smoke a little
-uses/leaks about a quart of oil every 3k miles
-leaks gas
-drivers' seat ripped, rest of interior in fair shape
-alignment is pretty bad
-tires are shot
