Who has the best price on all the parts? Should i just do the front? Would it be a good idea to change to some better quality pads?

The best prices will probably be found locally since these are all replacement parts you can find anywhere.

-The junkyard for 94-95 Taurus/Sable/SHO knuckles and hubs.

96 SHO caliper brackets from NAPA. If they don't have them then go to a Ford dealer.

94-95 Taurus/Sable/SHO or 96 SHO calipers(either will fit) from Autozone or similar store. Return your 91 calipers as cores later. They will never know the difference.

95 Lincoln Continental rotors from Autozone. They're exactly the same as 96 SHO rotors but are usually cheaper for some reason.
