Purchased a K&n filter from him 2 weeks ago never got it.

Wow, that really sucks man. Its ashame some people are out there to rip people off.

Whats even worse is that he did it to a college kid, as if were not broke enough.

I really hope he rights this.

trying to work with him now to get it? well to me, "working with someone to get it (the item)" would be paying for it... as you said you did... so what is he re-bargaining with you for it? was it done through paypal? if so have you reported a claim on paypal? :wave:

It was done with paypal however his post office had a real high volume that week and they failed to ship it. I just pmd him 2 seconds ago, and he changed it to priority shipping so i should get it by tues.

That's understandable. A few post offices around here have changed policies when gas prices were high and now extend the estimated shipping dates because they don't send trucks out unless they are full when you ship packages.

Finally got my filter in the other day and im very happy with it. He did work with me trying to get it in on time and it came a day early. Very happy with his service and communication, and will work with him again.
