Yea ^, grind it down & spray with rust inhibitor & use some angle hair fiberglass instead of bondo less chance of it cracking or bleed back through. Blend it to the other side of the gas lid & up to the body line, & clear the whole quarter panel. Easier than cutting out & replacing. It don't look bad though I've had one ALOT worse in the same spot. I would put some touch up on it & ride
