Are they called exactly that at an autostore, i.e. AutoZone?? I'll be doing a brake upgrade and will need these and I haven't been able to find them at any junkyards. So I might as well just buy new ones since all the other brake equipment will be new.
So back to my question, do I call them 'steering knuckles' or 'steering knuckle brackets' or what??? :bonk:

Thanx in advance,
Brian

I doubt you'll find them at a dealer, either, but if you do they'll be $$$$.

Junk yard is an economical way to go, but still expect to pay ~$90 for a pair. If in doubt, have new bearings pressed in.

Have you tried http://www.car-part.com ?

On that site, or when you call a junkyard, you don't need (and it would probably be best if you DIDN'T) specify them for a SHO, just for a regular Taurus/Sable. The only thing you need to specify is "with ABS".

No I haven't tried that site yet. Thanx for the responses and suggestions. I'll double check and see if I can find a junkyard w/ them.
