89 SHO dash

Does an 89 sh0 have the SHO logo on the dash? Mine doesn't

The only SHO logo in my 89 is on the steering wheel. A lot of people add in that stuff, so that's how you may have seen it.

Time to remove that steering wheel pad (2 screws) and push the inside of it back out so that it is flat. Mine was looking like yours, then the horn decided it wanted to blow all the time. The cause was the deformed pad from leaning into the horn by the PO.

89's share the same 86-89 SLO dash pad. The gauge cluster is different, but the dash pad and mounts are the same (a little smaller/lighter than the 90-95 dashs).

Some of the 89 SHO's got the manual HVAC, just 3 knobs. No electronics, no extra sensor wiring, etc. These are the good one's

That pic was taken around x-mas...

last month the horn went nuts at around 3am eek! resulting in me jumping and shouting in the rain in my boxers I wound up pulling the battery cable and fixing the horn pad in the morning boink

I fixed it already thumbs_u
