7 weeks till the DFW-SHO Club 2nd annual and fordbastards 1st annual winter run. I sure would like to see some of you lsshoc folks from San Antonio and Corpus make this run.

I just had a thought (I know that's a dangerous thing) how about a double whamy weekend, we do the run on Saturday and MSR on Sunday. I just spoke to Doug Franklin and MSR does do club days on Sundays. So he's checking out the schedule out there to see if Jan. the 18th is open.

Give me some of your input guys.

If MSR is a go, I would make every effort to come down. The SHOspeed Project is coming along nicely, and even though I still need some more serious brakes, I should be able to get her around MSR a few times before they are heated up past usability.

MSR stands for Motorsports Ranch. It is an autocross facility there in Dallas. That would make quite the nice weekend for the club to get together and run em at the track. Keep us posted Don! I am clearing my calender for whatever we decide!

MSR (Motor Sport Ranch) is a 1.9 road course designed by 2 formula 1 track designers, MSR is 14 miles southwest of Ft. Worth in Cresson, Texas. Last Sept. we did a club day out there with the DFW chapter of the Lincoln LS club and had a blast.

recent turn of events might forgo my attendance of the Winter Run. it all depends on how soon i get my suspension and tires/wheels installed. gotta buy the stuff first. MSR is definitely a no go for me...gotta work Sunday nite.

Dale, guess you forgot what all I put on blue92 before the fall run. New front struts and coils, new cargo coils on the rear(BTW I could have told you a place in downtown Ft. Worth you could have scored the cargo coils for $94. bucks a set and that includes tax and they keep them in stock), new TPR bushing set, new shoes and the rims off my green ATX swopped onto blue92, new custom exhaust. All this was done between the spring/summer run to MSR in Sept.

I'm sure if you ask Murphy nice enough he could donate some of his warehouse space and a bunch of us will help ya get it all on in one afternoon. We could make it a fordbastard event. Murphy will be back on the 22nd give him a call.

Sorry to hear about the loss of the GF.

i paid 110 total shipped for front and rear Cargo Coils. also, i live paycheck by paycheck and my bank account is always ZERO, so tell me how im supposed to get struts(400), springs(110), control arms(205), AL SFBs(100), exhaust(100), alignment(60), and tires(600) all at one time ? then theres the time i need to put it all on, get it all in tune, and ready to run. with me working 6 days a week, its kinda hard to do anything.

So what kind struts you puttin on that thing anyway? $400.? Well ya have to at least make it to the lineup pic at the Mall, and someone my need a co-pilot/navigator anyway.

Is MSR for sure? I took vacation from work on the 17th, so I hope to make it if the weather is good and MSR is a go.
