Okay, It looks like a 60k is due as I have had my car for over a year, and other than a clutch,exhaust,radiator, 2 fuel pumps,and a altenator and battery, nothing has been done to it.(lol). I have heard about a video to help do this, does the video tell you what you need and how to do it? As in other posts I have read, might as well get her up to stock configuration before I start the modification part. Also my car has just over 245,000 kilometers on it, anything else I should look at while messing with it? Please remember that I am in Alberta,Canada, so some of your sources re not available to me.

As to the video, is it the one on the sho times site? Or are there others? Sorry about the questions its just I bought a new home with the new wife and sending the car out to be fixed just wont cut it anymore so its back to being a grease monkey,just my 69 mustang was not a fuelie or multi-valved.It just looks intimidating.
