After the 3.2 swap into the 91, the 3.2 is low on power, and is backfireing a little. Almost seems like wet plugs/wires, but its not. Pulled codes and all I am getting is 51, and 81.. CE light does come on, but everything seems to be hooked up properly. The canister on the back of the intake is hooked up properly... any ideas? Timing is marked for 3.0, cause of the 3.0 tensioner.

If it's backfiring you have a timing issue.

Check to make sure you didn't swap the 5 & 4 wires and check to make sure the timing belt is on right. One of these things is your problem.

We all know how much expertise you've gained recently with this! doh

I agree, sounds like the 5 & 4 are reversed.
