25K miles Taurus GL auction today

IAAI Auto Auction has a donated to charity 25K miles 1986 built 1987 model GL with perfect grey leather for sale ending in 12 hours. Bids are $400, so far. Odometer shows 25,000 miles. Question on mileage was because the 85 yo owner put the oil change at 190000 miles. He meant 19,000 miles. One hundred and ninety thousand miles will never leave 25K on the clock.

I wonder if the GL odometer only goes to 99,000 miles like the SHO. In which case the reading could be 125K miles. Interior wear would be a good indication.
