whats the best stuff to use when putting em on.

Double sided tape. The kind that is like a thin foam layer.

I used 3m tape, it's got the foam and it's weather proof, I can't remember exactly what type it was, but I got it at depot, it's gray tape with red backing. If I can find the roll I'll update.
