.229 Intake shim gap, should I replace

The range is suppose to be .15mm to .25mm and abunch of my intake shims are .229mm it is still within spec but snould i replace them anyways?

If this is your DD , and you dont hear any noises , Its not worth the money (new shims + rotunda tools). Plus you wont gain anything.

But if this is the sunday car , and you want it tight (the car in general) , then if it was me , I would do it but amongst other things that needs repairs in the area , not that job alone. Not worth the effort to dismantle everything JUST for that.

EDIT: well yea its already dismantled....Sometimes I catch the dumb disease.
