What kind of oil are you guys running? This car had all the oil changes at the Ford dealer so I'm sure they used their oil, I like Mobile 1 or castrol.

I think for DI engines, we need the lowest volitility that we can get. I use the dealer for my oil changes as well, but they will pour in whatever I bring them. I purchase Motorcraft filters and was using a full synthetic, can't remember the brand of hand, that I could get in 5 qt jugs at Wal-mart. I'm hearing good things about Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. That reminds me, I need to set my appt for the first change on the SHO.

You are asking to get either pulled over and or sued if someone runs into you.....their defense could argue that your blacking out the lights provided less reaction time to avoid collision. I will say no more.

Took a road trip in the SHO, 600 mile round trip, 70-75mph, 25.9 mpg on 93 oct., I can live with that.

Has anyone bought the spare tire kit? I see one on ebay for $150, or should I hit the salvage yards? Will any of the taurus spares work with the 20" wheels? Thanks Hambone
