2013 SHO, certified Pre-Owned---need an informed opinion

Follow-up #2:

Took the wife down there today; we drove an MKZ (not the "possessed" one from last weekend---that one was still sitting in the back being worked on) and the Ford dealer got the SHO out of the showroom and we drove it for a bit. CINCHOUSE likes the SHO better---more room inside, and WAY more trunk space.

It's been marked down further to 36,9. I'm gonna check with the insurance company tomorrow and see what they say, then have the dealer run the numbers. After that we'll see.

They need to come down a lot more on that SHO. My sticker was 47,450 and rebates and talking them down I got $9800 off sticker and that was in January. Looks like if I would have waited I could have taken another 1250 off that with the current incentives. Shop around and dont be afraid to travel. I went 3 hours away to get my SHO and have done 4 and 6 hours one way in the past for other vehicles. Autotrader.com and like websites are very useful in my opinion.

Love it! Did you buy from Phil Long in COS? How much did they deal? I need a '13 SHO before the snow starts flying! Found a '13 Blue with all of the options (except 20") I want in Iowa for $30,500 w/ 23k miles. Waiting until I get can get one local for under $30K.

Yeah, sure did...Motor City location. If you go there, ask for Jesse (my salesperson).

They've got a new one (2013), in white. Was sitting right out in front of the showroom. They might cut a deal on it...the '14s oughta be showing up any day now.

Seems the backstory on mine was that some guy bought it, kept it about 9 months, then traded in on a Roush Stage 2 Mustang (the Stage 1 and Stage 3 are still sitting on the showroom floor). Oh well...his loss...

Took RGNBULL on its first road trip this weekend, down to Pueblo and back...went down for the CO state fair. This car is fantastic on highways! Especially loved the cooled seats...it was about 90 or so down there. We ended up bringing home another mouth to feed; my wife won a goldfish in one of those contest things. I tried to get our daughter to take a stuffed toy instead, but she wasn't having it.

So we've got a goldfish now...the two cats in the house aren't sure if they want to eat it or just play with it.
