2013 remote start

I can not figure this remote start out for the life of me it says hit twice I hit it it worked once now I can't get it to work again for the life of me......I have the car locked I hit the button twice and nothing and sometimes when I hit it the hazards flash and the horn beeps twice but it won't start does anyone else have this issue

Hit the lock button twice, then hit the start button twice. Sometimes you need to hold the last press about a second. If you hit the lock button twice first, then it will always start, if it does not recognize that the car is locked, it will not remote start. If the lock twice, start twice routine does not work, it needs to go to the shop.

2015 is lock once start twice. I don't know if the 2013 was different, but my guess is no.

Mine does that every now and then. I hit lock twice, start twice, and it just beeps at me. Only happened a few times.
The majority of the time, she starts right up, and is nice a cool when i get in.

Hit the lock button twice and then hit the start button twice, holding it down on the second click until your car starts.
