Hi SHO folks.
I know, I don't come around much, mostly because I haven't had a SHO for about 6 years. My wife and I are selling our A6, and I wanted to give you guys a shot at it before it goes up on Autotrader.com and Cars.com. I'd feel bad if I sold it and later found out that a SHO driver was looking for a nice Audi. So here it is. If I'm in the wrong forum or if I have violated a SHOForum rule, mods, please feel free to move it and beat me down.
2004 Audi A6 2.7T S-line. 265HP/280 lb/ft TQ, 2.7L bi-turbo. Quattro AWD.
S-line had stiffer springs, stiffer sway bar, and stiffer struts. +15 HP comes from ECU.
Only 54,776 miles. The car is super clean! Still looks, smells and drives like new. Dolphin gray metallic paint is in excellent shape. Platinum interior is also in excellent shape. Seats show almost no wear. Never smoked in. Never raced. Never left southern California. Mostly garaged. Kept under carport at work. Mostly dealer maintained. (see below) All maint. records, including new-ish CV boots, all services and a brake light switch. The car has been solid, with hardly any problems. Recent service (December) done at Pure Motorsport includes valve cover gaskets, cam seals, timing belt, serp belt, water pump, thermostat.
Power everything, 5 speed Tiptronic, 17" 9 spoke (RS4 style) wheels plus matching spare with very new BFG G-Force Sports, ESP, Bose Symphony with 6 disc in-dash changer, rear fog lights, power rear window sunshade, manual rear door window shades, Xenon headlights, power folding mirrors, automatic dimming rear-view mirror, sliding sunroof, XM radio, 2 keys, trunk net, A6-specific windshield shade, some old Audi propaganda...I mean portfolio of priveliges.
Seriously, the car looks like it is still new.
