Needs some major brake work, at least new rotors and pads, maybe calipers.
Needs new rear struts; right rear leaked fluid.
Has had a couple of repaired rear end collisions.

3.4L Yamaha V8 engine has oil leaks, but still very strong.
A/C is inop, tach is intermittent, drivers seat is worn and torn.
Recent rear tires (Oct. '16), front tires are brand new.
Camshafts were welded in 2003.

Seems like a great deal. The issues you list don't seem to justify the low price, notwithstanding body work for rust or if one of the oil leaks you mention is the rear main, which is common for a car that old anyway. Wish I lived closer (and had garage space for it).
