I'm replacing my wheel studs.
Can someone that has knowledge about correct wheel studs and the differences please chime in?
Local parts houses only have like 1 per store and they are discontinued by Ford.
Rock Auto has 7 different choices. In addition, they list different measurements for some. I have to assume that they are listing all the parts that fit all the years.
I had a bunch of new studs "in stock" from my 93. They will not draw in. The shoulders are too big.
Upon trying to get them from the Dealer, I was informed that the part numbers cover years 1990-1992.
I'm creating this thread so that others can get the right studs for their car the first time.
