Thinking of selling my 89, too many cars around my house, so this one is the one I am thinking of letting go.
It's an 89, I'm second owner. Car has 120K? but will double check odometer later. Original owner added subframe connectors, and a big strut tower bar in the front.

Suspension is still factory, with exceptions of the struts, they are aftermarket but am not sure what, gabriel I think. I added the high flow y-pipe and exhaust. Has nearly new toyo proxies tpt tires, on basket weave rims.

Car had an electrical problem that turned out to be the computer, so in the process of diagonstics, cam / crank sensors, dis, plugs and wires 02 sensors have all been replaced. Car runs very strong. Has a new radiator and several hoses including the heater hoses. Has excel coil pack.
First Owner says had done the 60k with the shims and all that.

Has rod shifter conversion from first owner. Shifts very well, just like my 95, original owner did clutch to the upgraded size, but no idea when.

The interior has second gen leather in very good shape. Also has new carpet and headliner. The original stereo was totally rebuilt and works perfectly, has jbl system. Has auto climate, and a/c works and will hold a charge if run on a regular basis, but will loose a charge if a/c allowed to sit too long unused. Not charged right now, think it is the seal on the compressor, you can hear it pop into place when charging the system. Interior is exceptionally clean.

Only downside is first owner had a cheap paint job done. It is not an exact color match, and is kinda like a mocha frost instead of the original titanium. But body is super straight, and glass is nice. is has a couple chips in a few spots, but otherwise is ok. If your looking for a good driver, this is it. Or repaint and have a really mint car. For those of you on the east coast or rust belt, has no rust, is a cali car.

have factory window sticker and all owners books, etc.

Here are some pics, thinking $3500 just due to the number of new parts and upgrades. I can come up with receits too if you need.

I understand, but I still am sure that $3500 is less than you'd spend on a $500 rust bucket to fix that damage.

Its a clean car for sure.

Its not just the price of the car. Depending on where they are coming from, there are flights, gas, food, lodging for overnight stays. That $3500 car could turn into a $4000, or so. I was looking at getting a blue 95 mtx out of Oregon, while it was a $1500 car, it was going to cost about $500 plus just in travel there and back, probably more like 6-700. Not including the fact that it needed a clutch before driving it 2500 miles.

But yeah, it would cost about that much maybe a little less to fix rust, and repaint the car (said $500 rust bucket).

I understand, but I still am sure that $3500 is less than you'd spend on a $500 rust bucket to fix that damage.
