Selling a custom 1988 Ford Taurus Wagon. This wagon was rebuilt into an SHO with a 1995 3.2l Yamaha SHO motor and 5 speed manual transmission. The interior is from a 1990. Had this car 14 years, and no more time for it. So many memories, making it hard to let go, but its time to move on. It runs great, but burns a little oil. A/C and heat both work. Motor and transmission have been completely rebuilt, but still burns oil. Transmission has the diff pins welded, so that common problem is no more. Also have a bunch of SHO parts, and the tool kit which I can include if price is right. The interior is a little aged. All 60k maintenance is current, valve lash all in spec.

Has digital dash, another rare option never put into SHO. Also have HID headlights and foglights, and they are clear. Been repainted 2 years ago. Has solid front motor mount, and reinforced rear mount. Fidanza flywheel mounted to south bend stage 2 clutch. Professionally installed dual exhaust and new cats. Kenwood USB radio, has high quality aftermarket speakers and amp, it is also wired for subs. All windows work.

Ford never produce a SHO wagon, none was available for purchase. I built this myself 10 years ago, and the motor rebuilt a years ago from a 3.2. Is the only early gen taurus sho wagon I know. Has moonroof, but doesn't work, motor worn, just needs motor replace, is aftermarket. Headliner is in bad shape. Front seats under the seat covers are in bad shape, rear seats decent shape.

Ad still needs to be approved by Shaggy, but you might want to put some contact information in and possibly a price.
