As long as they have a 5x108mm(5x4.25") bolt pattern and a offset from 38mm-42mm(recommended 38mm-40mm).

Also if you have very saggin rear springs 235mm tires will be a problem in the rear if you want to play it safe go with a 225/45/18 or pushing it at 235/40/18.

Nope I'm running 245/40-18's on a 18x8 inch rim with a 40mm offset I have a small spacer on the rears to move it away from the strut. I love them. try www.Victoriatire.com
