* Laser cut from 1/2" aluminium.
* Gasket surfaces will be wet sanded w/ my Botticino Marble sanding
block to ensure they are perfectly flat
* Bolt holes and alignment pin holes will be drilled the appropriate sizes via
an alignment jig on a drill press.
* Ports are currently drawn slightly larger then stock, allowing them to be
ported out to match the gasket along w/ the heads & intake.

i dont have a picture of the sample piece, but edge quality is as good as or better then this:
