    $700 Power Steering Pump

If ur 95 is the same as my 94 then the answer to ur pulley question is no. Just unbolt the nut and u can take the pulley off with no puller at all. The pulley isnt pressed on to the shaft on my 94 and I think its fair to say that ur 95 wouldnt be either.

My 89 back from the dead....update!!

the fluctuation u were seeing was prolly due to the water runnning across the temp sensor speradically. When no water was present temp showed normal or cold...when the water actually ran across the temp sensor it showed its true temp. As to the other idiot light not lighting up. Well theres a...

    Thanks So Much !!!

Well last night I completed my very first SHO Front End Service on my 94 SHO. I replaced the timing belt, all the pulleys, Crankshaft sensor, Crankshaft seal, and Waterpump. I must admit that I was quite intimidated by the 3.2liter engine before I attempted the job. I read many posts in the...

    Any knowledge with coolant hoses?

DOnt know if this helps or not but I have had a problem with my (what i believe is ) heater hose leaking. It is a rubber hose/slash steal water line that has a temp sensor conected to it. The hose had rotted at the engine block side. I removed the line and cut the steal line off at either side...

    ATX help in Jacksonville, FL

I know I may be going against the grain here but I had my 94 ATX rebuilt by a local AMMCO dealer. The rebuild comes with a 30,000 3yr warranty. I ve put bout 6,000 on it since the work has been done and im still happy to report no problems. The price though isnt what id call cheap. $1900...

    ATX Shifting characteristics

He he, Glad to see im not the only one with tranny issues. When I bought my 94 ATX it had 57,000 on it. The shifting on it was quite erratic at that time. Sometimes 1st to 2nd would give u whiplash. Other times it was nice and smooth. Bout the only constant was that it seemed to wait to shift...

    Crankshaft Seal

Thanks everyone for the replys. I did as suggested and took the 149.99 deal back to Discount Auto and ordered the Cardone from Napa via the web. The Seal I got from Ford for 8 bucks though it did take 3 days. Im in the process of putting the deal back together. I do however have a question on...

    Crankshaft Seal

Im replacing the timing belt and water pump and cps and seal. Im wondering if there is an aftermarket (Federal Mogul) Seal taht I could order as a replacement for the one from Ford. Only reason I worrying about such a small priced part is the time factor. Ford wants two to three days to get it...

    Timing Belt and Timing Chains

Im in the process of changing the Timing belt in my 94 ATX. Was wondering what the service life of the Chains are and should the be done in general whenever the Belt is being changed. As far as I know the belt and chains both have never been done. Nor has the water pump been changed. 94 ATX...

    Bosch Platinum +4?

Ive been running the Platnium 4,s now for about 3yrs. In that time ive driven about 38,000 miles on them. Im now at 101,768 with no problems to report from using them. I did notice an improvement over the Motorcraft Plugs when I first installed but that could easily be accredited to the fact...
