CID CPS question
I have a few issues with my car. When it is cold, I have no trouble starting it, but when it is hot, I have to crank it for about two minutes. in top of my throttle body, it says "Do not clean inside throttle body or adjust hard top screw, special coating on throttle plate and bore. What exactly does this mean?- HighBall
