    Just returned from a 7k mile road trip...

    Not my SHO, but my daughter drove from Temecula, CA to Newnan, GA in her '13 Flex EB, towing a U-Haul trailer. Only issue was a battery failure, which she and her sister changed themselves. I've made a few trips from Northern Virginia to Nashville, Newnan, and Sarasota, but no cross-country.

    Agreed. Cadillac didn't offer Adaptive Cruise on the XLR-V either. Only on the base XLR. I would have an XLR-V in my garage now if they had. I still think a MB SL-63 AMG (with DA) is in my future, unless Ford improves the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance.

    The V20 tune is definitely better than the V11... that was a POS. You, fortunately, never had to experience that version. V20 was a major upgrade in my car, since it updated the strategy code as well as the tune. Your car may be different. Whether it feels quicker, or provides more power...

    I put a Diehard AGM in my '13 SHO a few years ago. I still keep it on a battery maintainer whenever parked in my garage since I drive infrequently. I won't go back to lead-acid with all of its corrosion if I can avoid it.

    I installed the V20 tune in July, and have had a couple instances where the car didn't want to shift from 1 to 2. However, it seems fine most of the time, and I can't really justify spending more money on a new tune, especially since I am actively shopping for a replacement (SL-63 AMG).

    OP didn't mention what year, but there was safety recall on the fuel pump control module (behind the back seat.) If the recall was not done, or even IF done, it could have died.

    Yes, the latest version is V17. They should provide the upgrade for free. They did for me last year. It is an improvement, but still not equivalent to a GH tune. I still experience the delayed 1~2 shift, though not as often, especially after the weather warmed up.
