Could excessive drag racing make it cut into a tire all the way around if say its a 225/55/16. my son just took off a set and they look tooled down to the wire bout a half inch in from the inner tread. A trench to say the least. He tends to burn it up warming up for his launch.
okay, same prob on 95 mtx, stock wheels and tire size. no probs with suspension, up and down problem rubbing. With car on stands and pulling up on tire with long jack handle, no movement. Could it be brand of tire, curve of sidewall? Never had this prob in past. It ate deep into previous 225/55/...

Let me clarify, the line blew so close to the small box that there`s no replacing the line alone. i`m told the box with the pre pressed in lines has to be replaced as it comes as an assembly. So i guess it`s to find a parts car for this or try to find new hopefully? Thanks Again

ran fuel injector cleaner thru system changed fuel filter and check light went off for a few days and idle and running got much better. then the check light came back on after wife got fuel at enmark. ran codes and it says misfire on cylinder #3. so i`ve put more cleaner in and water...

found my problem, o2 sensor on exhaust bank 1 was a 4 prong connector and it was supposed to have the 3 prong connector. in otherwords someone put the wrong o2 sensor on the car before i got it.
