    Thanks for the info notsoslow. Do you know how I would go about bypassing the mfs for the fogs? I know how to install a relay, but I'm not well versed enough in the electrical system to know how to bypass it.

    If I have my fogs on long enough (about half hour or so), my headlights will start flickering on and off until I shut the fogs off. I'm using the stock wattage h3 bulbs (55 watt).     I got it in Maine, but just over the Maine/NH line (Kittery ME to be exact). I got it for 2900 with a spare 3.0 and all the extra parts i mentioned before.
