Have you ever broken the passenger side axle? I seem to keep breaking the drivers side. My "spare" is already broken.

Where and how do they break? I saw the one that snapped in the diff. Could it be an issue with you center support bearing bracket alignment? Just a thought...

The driver side doesn't use the intermediate shaft, so that's a non-issue.

I have broken the axle off in the diff as well as at the knuckle. They just snap clean off.

The local track is open on Sunday's only for the winter. I work Sunday's, So, If I can get a day off I'll take a crack at it. The Launch is going to be tricky with this clutch as there is not much room to slip it. If I can match my 2.2 60' time that I got in the Silver car this thing will do 13's. With an average 2.3-2.4 60' it will do low 14's.

However, It may surprise me and do a lot better - My silver car sure did.
