Get a can of compressed air, hold it upside down and spray the crank snout liberally to chill it. Try removing the pulley while keeping the crank cold.

i've done things to my pulley that make me fear for my crankshaft. i'm sure you will figure it out. a slide hammer is what you may have to use, and you need to use a good one that screws onto the pulley.

how did you use a c clamp?

The bolt came off. The pulley is stuck on the crank. And from what I hear, its stuck on there pretty damn good.

A fellow NWSHOC member had one stuck. He got a 3/4" drive pneumatic impact and cranked it up to 150 PSI input. It came off.

This is what I will be doing next week except air gunning the **** out of the pulley :) ...for some reason my air guns have gone missing so I have to pick another one up.
I had a bolt break off in the pully itself so I had to put a nice big c clamp on that side attached on the backside of the pulley directly to the puller on the front of the pulley.
