i just may loose this engine battle

being the hard headed idiot that i am i dropped the subframe/engine assembly before doing a compression test and now that i have i have discovered 0 good cylenders, i have 30psi in 5 and 90 in 1, so, where i can i find the necessary parts to fix this? or does anybody have a better idea, i am from Toronto and i emailed the place from michigan (northeast SHO?) and i never got a response, i need piston rings an rod bearings rite?

its 3.0 L MTX

I would do a static compression test. To make a tester, you'll need to drill out an old spark plug, sacrifice a regular compression tester, etc., but however you do it, you need to be able to apply about 80 psi of shop air to each cylinder with the cylinder turned until it is exactly at TDC. With air applied, you'll be able to hear where it is leaking: through the exhaust pipe for exhaust valve, intake manifold for intake valve, or oil drain hole for rings. You may be better off to locate a used engine than to tackle what you have.

But i'm really amased you got such readings , usually SHO rings are very tough. Maybe your heads are full of carbon and the valves don't sit properly...

One of the best answers I've read in a long while.

If you simply replace the engine, you can tear the one you have down to find out for sure whather it needs rings or something else.
