Rusted out (yea damn rustbelt) inner fender getting a repair, cut the part rusted with a die grinder, and welded a new plate.

Buffed / sandblasted MTX subframe , with a base coat/clear coat of pure white. We did this with a automotive spray gun similar to what the body guys uses.

VHT Black dye paint , bye-bye ugly mocka. Prepped only with a 3M green houshold pad , water and dish soap.

Painted TB , deleted coolant hoses outlets.

The subframe looks good... but I don't think I would have spent that much time on painting it... let alone white... :oogle:

But to each his own... :thumb:

Well , it will be used only in the summers , and it's really easy to clean with the clear coat , any grease is gone with a towel.

I think it should stay nice for a couple years.

I painted my subframe, and my problem was not good prep. Looks like you handled that better by sandblasting. I must say it is very attractive! Looks good!!
