Wen was the last time you did plugs? Gap at .028.
I have about 91k on the odometer and from a previous owner's records the plugs were last replaced in 2019 at 67700 miles. Plugs used were NGK Ruthenium. time to change? if so, what is recommended? I have seen videos recommending Ford performance plugs.

If you are tuned, then yeah I would consider changing the plugs.

To my knowledge the car has never been tuned. How would I check that? I only bought it back in Feb of this year.
Then I wouldn't worry about it, unless there is a problem. Usually with a tuned car plugs should be changed every 25k miles. For a stockish car, 50k isnt a problem.

#8 is technically the IAT - Intake Air Temp Sensor just for clarity. This car does not use a MAF but MAPS as described by @76FoMoCo

That’s next on my list to clean. Is there a trick to getting that unplugged? I felt all around for some kind of button to press. I can’t seem to find it.

twist lefty - no trick be careful. Use only MAF cleaner NOT brake or carb cleaners.

Unplugged? - press button clip if I recall, be careful its delicate.

Besides the two MAP sensors and IAT are there any other sensors that should be cleaned and are somewhat easy to get to?

Thank you so much for your “twist lefty” advice. After I got the sensor unplugged for the life of me, I could not figure out how to pull it out. Had to use some vice grips to turn left and then it came out. It’s pretty snug in there.
