Unsure, originally I was told 11quarts by someone but the ford tech said 13, i wanted to try to get as much new fluid as possible, but i ended up only having 1 extra quart to flush through. Idk I'm hoping to notice a difference but apparently ford uses some special fluid for the 10speed that is similar to the high end amsoil. So idk

Well the trans holds 11, but I figured they may need a bit more for flushing purposes, just not sure how much more...

Yeah idk. So far it feels exactly the same lol but it may be a lot different on the 6speed.

Not sure. I haven't done the change in mine yet, but I'm also thinking the fluid may hold up better to abuses and high temps...

Great resource. Would be interesting to see the specs stacked up against Amsoil or other brands.

I wonder if somebody sends that to Amsoil to have them chime in to see what they say about it...they'd definitely be biased, but I'd love to hear what they say.
