Sorry, a little late to the party. HERE'S the best option.

Tee the rear valve cover PCV line in to the front valve cover PCV line and have them BOTH go to the hotpipe. Then just use the intercooler as your CC! BOOM! Problem solved!

Remove the map sensor on the manifold and stick it in there and fish around.
