Hello all, hope you are all enjoying the spring time and getting your shos out and about!

I have a 2010 SHO non pp that just had it's torque converter replaced roughly 500 miles ago. Today, I took the car out of the garage to do some reorganizing and when I moved it I noticed what seemed like a couple ounces of tranny fluid on the garage floor. I checked the fluids level, all seemed good. I took a look under the car and noticed a couple driplets of fluid hanging on to the case near downpipes. Did they maybe spill a little fluid and is now dripping on the ground or maybe a small leak? Bad seals? Maybe it got out when driving around and it came out the vent? Any suggestions would help....I put some cardboard down for the evening to see if anymore drops down.
Thanks a bunch guys.

If they spilled any, you'd think it would have shown before the 500 miles had elapsed? But who knows? Obviously, you'd want to bring it back to the shop that did the work.

Probably leaving through the passenger side cv shaft where it meets the PTU.

There are 2 separate seals here, one seals ptu fluid and the other tranny fluid.

Here is the work they did, and places it's dripping from. I'm going to guess it didn't seal back up properly or someone didn't do there job correctly9be807c6482883a7232065062e34d6142250e31213bdd7ae232b00bf809b6292

Look how wet it is by the cv shaft. (Yellow)
I’m guessing it’s leaking here and running down to the low point and pooling.

Time to take her back and you might want to edit out all your personal info on the workorder.

That's a good guess, ford is going to take a look at it within the next couple of days. It looks like more than just the CV shaft is wet if you look more deeply in the pic....not sure the black case behind the CV shaft, but it looks like it's wet tooC46c696791132599e971b308236db7f3

Looks like you got one of their green mechanics. Ask them to put their best guy on it next time.
