Hey all-
New guy on here and new owner as well.
Bought a nice 2011 SHO.
Doin stuff to it already including trying to upgrade the Sony Sync Nav stereo.
It tends to cut out a bit when
Volume gets cranked up-behaves like it has a “limiter” somewhere.
Any clues or suggestions?
Would appreciate any help.
Thanks!!
Cman

Do you have a My Key programmed in your vehicle?
Volume can be limited this way.

Run a system check, you do that with the buttons above the nav screen, it displays on the dash.
It will say how many key fobs are programmed and how many are My Key.

Jman- I checked. No My Keys stored.
And suggestions on what to do sound wise?
I saw earlier posts about guys putting subs in the back with extra amp(s) to take the load off the rear door speaks...
Thoughts anyone?
