Hi, all -
2011 SHO non-PP here. 118,000 miles. Minnesota car.
Got new brake pads and rotors from O'Reilly this weekend. Bosch rotors, O'Reilly brand ceramic pads. Put them on, no issues - fit great, look good, stop the car, no shudder or pull. I'm a little concerned with how little of the new rotor and how close to the outside of the new rotor the pads are hitting.
The pics are, in order: old rotor on car, new rotor just mounted, new rotor after about 30 miles.
This is the third set this car has had... so perhaps the ones on before were wrong? It had fresh pads and rotors when I got the car at 69,000 miles. Just crossed 118,000 and did a replacement myself.
Thoughts appreciated.
